By using the App, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App. Wellsnap reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following the posting of changes to these Terms will indicate your acceptance of those changes.

Subscription Services

Wellsnap offers premium features through a paid subscription. These features include but are not limited to:

• Unlimited Data History
• Medication Reminders
• Snap Reading to Store Data
• Trend and Pattern Analysis
• Predictive Analytics
• Custom Alerts
• Priority Customer Support
• Report Sharing
• Data Export

Subscription Options:

• Monthly Plan: $6.99 CAD (Recurring monthly subscription)
• Lifetime Access: $99.00 CAD (One-time payment)

Wellsnap reserves the right to change pricing at any time, with changes applying to future purchases and renewals.

Payment and Renewal

Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms like Google Play and Apple App Store. Wellsnap does not directly handle payment processing and is not responsible for any payment issues. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable once completed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings in the App Store or Google Play. For monthly subscriptions, cancellation will prevent the next billing cycle. You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current paid period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time. Lifetime access purchases are final and non-refundable.

User Conduct

By using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful activities or in violation of any law.
• Upload or distribute viruses or malicious software.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or connected networks.

Health Disclaimer

Wellsnap is a health tracking tool and does not provide medical advice. The App is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, or medical consultation. Always consult your healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns.

Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Intellectual Property

All content within the App—including text, graphics, software, and branding—is the property of Wellsnap and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Termination

Wellsnap reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wellsnap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use or inability to use the App.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted implies your acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
